Terms and conditions

All prices include VAT and are in euros. A contract comes into being once we confirm your order by email. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

Consumers have a 14 day right to cancel. The returns page explains how that works in practice.

If something arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty, email us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain. This does not take away the rights you have as a consumer in your own country under European law.
