What we collect
- Your name, address and email address, so we can send you your order.
- Your order history, so we can help you if something goes wrong.
- Nothing else. We do not sell or share your details.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted when you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Running a shop means a few companies handle parts of your order on our behalf. These are the only ones, and none of them may use your details for anything of their own.

Your card number never reaches us. It goes straight to Stripe, who are certified to handle it; we only ever see that a payment succeeded.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will handle it.
