Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the items back. This is a legal right for consumers buying in the European Union.
Condition
Items should come back unworn and unwashed, with the labels still attached. You may try something on the way you would in a shop.
How to return
- Email us at the address on the contact page with your order number.
- We send you instructions and the return address, which is our address in Marbella.
- Drop the parcel off at a collection point.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
