The Racket

Every racket is made by hand in Spain, one at a time, in a design drawn for Vamos and used nowhere else. That is the slow way to do it, and it is why there are never many of them.

The face is 18K TeXtreme carbon fibre: stiff enough to give you a direct, honest response off the strings, with enough flex left that it does not punish a ball struck off centre. Behind it sits a Power Foam core, which is where the pace comes from — you get speed off the face without having to swing out of your shoes for it.

The balance point sits in the middle and the frame is built to cut through the air, so it holds its line on a block and still comes round quickly for a bandeja or a víbora. It is a racket for the whole match rather than one shot in it, and it suits you from a solid intermediate level upwards.

The weave is left visible under a gloss navy frame. PLAY CONFIDENT runs along the edge, and a wrist strap comes fitted.
